Booking policy
Simple and fair
No refunds. Because our groups are small and every place is planned for, bookings are non-refundable.
Reschedule. With at least 1 month's notice before your retreat starts, you can move your booking to another Evolve retreat within 12 months of your original date.
Gift or transfer. Can't make it? Your ticket can be gifted or transferred to someone else at any time. Just let us know their name and email.
Changes with less than 1 month's notice can't be rescheduled, but can still be transferred to another person.
