Cook, taste and learn

With Pete

A hands-on weekend in the open-air kitchen with Pete: seasonal wholefood recipes, fire cooking, fermenting and long shared tables. Small groups so everyone gets their hands in.

Learn simple, nourishing dishes you can take home and cook for the people you love, made with fresh local produce and plenty of flavour. Every meal is cooked together, made with love and shared around one big table under the trees.

Between sessions, wander the rainforest walks, swim in the creek and under the waterfall, enjoy the sauna, magnesium pool and ice bath, and join Nic for a tea ceremony. At night you rest in your own canopy cabin, well fed, relaxed and inspired.
